Our State Matters

Self Care for Carers

Caring for a carer is so important as we really believe that our state matters. Lockdown has created a very stressful time for many carers - needing to keep safe, keep the person you care for safe, managing long hours, sleepless nights, less ‘me’ time. We are offering here a couple of two minute meditation practices. With some gentle breath work, and the potential to change your thoughts with these meditations your state can change very quickly. We are also offering a gentle chair based yoga practice to help create space in the body, mind and breath.
